Meridian Transactions Group processes minimal personal data through this site.
What this site does not collect. This site does not place cookies on visitor devices. It does not deploy analytics scripts, behavioural tracking technologies, advertising pixels, session recording tools, or third-party fingerprinting mechanisms. Server logs do not retain visitor IP addresses beyond the period strictly necessary for routine infrastructure operation and security.
What this site does collect.The only personal data processed by Meridian Transactions Group through this site is information voluntarily transmitted by a visitor through correspondence sent to contact@meridiantransactions.com. Such correspondence may include the sender’s name, email address, organisational affiliation, and the contents of the message.
Lawful basis. Personal data submitted through correspondence is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in evaluating, responding to, and where appropriate continuing such correspondence, and on the basis of any consent that the sender provides through the act of initiating contact.
Retention. Correspondence is retained for the period necessary to address the inquiry and thereafter for such further period as is required by applicable record-keeping, regulatory, or legal obligations.
Disclosure. Personal data is not sold, rented, leased, or otherwise transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Disclosure may occur only where required by law, by binding regulatory request, by court order, or in connection with a corporate transaction in which the recipient is bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.
Cross-border processing. Personal data may be processed in jurisdictions other than that of the visitor. Meridian Transactions Group implements organisational and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data processed and to the requirements of applicable cross-border transfer frameworks.
Visitor rights. Visitors may request access to, correction of, restriction of processing of, or deletion of personal data submitted to Meridian Transactions Group, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. Visitors may also withdraw any previously provided consent. Such requests should be addressed to privacy@meridiantransactions.com and will be acknowledged within a reasonable period.
Security. Meridian Transactions Group maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of electronic transmission or storage is, however, entirely secure.
Children. This site is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect personal data from, individuals under the age of eighteen.
Updates. This statement may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or operational practice. The date of last revision appears below. Material changes will be reflected by an updated revision date.
